Design-Build renovation of previous office and kitchen spaces for the Gate Church.

Blue Star Integrative Studio was selected as a part of a design-build team to deliver the design and coordination for the renovation of a multi-use Community Facility on the campus of the Gate Church.

The design-build team worked closely with the Owner to make sure that existing floor plans and programmatic expectations were met while resolving technical and regulatory issues that met stakeholder standards and provided a safe, welcoming center for the end users.
