Marcus is a detail oriented designer that uses proportion and composition to create beautiful, place-based architectural designs. He contemplates the user(s) interaction and experiences when designing spaces. Marcus has extensive knowledge in prototype architecture for retail chains from his past experience as a Program Director leading a team of architects and designers to remodel, add-on to and maintain a fleet of 5,000+ stores in America for a very large, national retail chain.
Marcus further developed his experience in retail as a Sr. Project Manager for another national retail client. He created multiple construction document templates based on the client provided reference standards/prototype that decreased all future production times.
Marcus is NCARB certified and currently testing towards A.R.E. Licensure. His project portfolio includes custom luxury homes, collegiate housing, higher education, dental clinics, AAFES Exchange remodels and hospitality/retail brick and mortars.
