Working for the Osage Nation, we provided the energy efficient designs for affordable, safe, and sanitary living conditions by seeking to assist the Osage Nation in its mission to eradicate substandard housing, eliminating homelessness, and increasing affordable rental housing and home ownership opportunities through supportive services and financial assistance programs for low-income Native Americans.
The project is located on the southwestern outskirts of the City of Skiatook. Phase One of the project consists of the design & construction of up to twenty-five (25) single-story residential units that will be lightly loaded residential structures. Depending on final construction pricing, Phase One may include up to fifteen (15) 3-bedroom units, up to five (5) 4-bedroom units, and up to five (5) 5-bedroom units with attached carports and storage. Phase Two will be the remaining lots and open spaces. The total anticipated residential subdivision size is approximately 59.8 acres all owned by the Osage Nation.
